Soon Thye Hang’s dried shell slice is obtained from conch’s flesh and dried before slicing. Conch is a type of marine shell animal. It tastes very similarly delicious as abalone.

Shell slice or conch is mild in nature, possesses the ability to nourish human’s Yin, enhance our kidneys and livers, improve appetite, nourish blood, beautify skin, reduce body heat and increase eyesight.

响螺片的营养价值:

响螺片味甘性凉,具有滋阴补肾、健脾开胃、补血养颜、清热明目的功效。含丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、无机盐、维生素等营养物质。响螺片具有壮阳补肾,增强体力、护胃护脾、精力、 提高大脑记忆力的功效。

 

适宜食用响螺片人群:

一般人群均可食用。尤其适合阴虚火旺、食欲不振、肾虚尿频、肤质不佳、视力不佳等人群。

 

不适宜食用响螺片人群:

不适宜脾胃虚寒者。

 

与响螺片相宜的食物:

响螺片加淮山、玉竹等滋阴药材,增强滋阴效果。

如何挑选响螺片?

要选用新鲜的响螺片。新鲜的响螺片肉色比较鲜黄,并且闻起来有股海鲜特有的鲜味;而旧的响螺片因为存放较久,颜色会变暗,暗色至深黄或者土黄色,且表面会有白色霜,闻起来自然没多大鲜味。

有些不法商人会用化学药水浸泡响螺片以达到防腐效果,这种响螺片对人体有害。一般这种浸过药水的响螺片颜色较白,并且闻起来有种刺鼻的味道。

 

 

如何贮藏响螺片?

晒干后包装好,放于冰箱内或阴凉通风处。若要长期存放,要隔一段时间拿出来在太阳底下晾晒。

 

 

响螺片烹饪前的处理:

放入清水浸泡5小时左右可变软,再切条煲汤或炒菜。

2、响螺片用温水泡发30分钟洗净备用

3、虫草花有孢子粉不宜浸泡,轻轻清洗即可,清洗后备用

4、老鸡切成块洗净备用

5、瘦肉切成一块洗净备用

6、将其他材料洗净备用

7、将所有材料放入炖盅加纯净水隔水炖3个小时即可
