《干贝边》是干贝外围的裙边,它的营养价值与干贝肉相同,但是它还具有肉质鲜嫩、嚼劲十足等优点

试验研究表明干贝裙边中的糖胺聚糖具有抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型作用;干贝裙边提取物具有很强的抗动脉粥样硬化作用;目前的动物试验已经表明干贝裙边不会升高血脂,有望成为降血脂的保健食品;干贝裙边中的胶原蛋白酶清除超氧阴离子能力很强。干贝裙边有很大发展潜力。


材料: 

干贝边50克,鸡半只,无花果3个,姜1片,盐适量


做法:

1.将干贝边浸软后清洗干净;鸡斩件后焯水;无花果清洗干净。

 2.将所有原料放入电砂煲加入1升清水煲2小时后加入适量盐调味即可。

Material: 

50 grams of dried scallops, half a chicken, 3 figs, 1 slice of ginger, some salt


practice:
